WSPA's Collars Not Cruelty campaign is working with governments to stop mass dog killings and instead implement mass vaccinations. In 2013, we successfully vaccinated over 118,000 dogs against rabies in China, the Philippines, Zanzibar and Bangladesh. 

The success of our Collars Not Cruelty campaign is only one example of how together we delivered sustainable change for animals across the globe.
